Thank you for choosing Run Up Rips. Please review this Shipping Policy to understand how we process, handle, and deliver orders.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are opened live on stream and prepared for shipment.

Shipping is typically processed weekly unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary depending on stream schedules, order volume, and fulfilment requirements.

All items are packed securely to protect cards during transit.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Shipping is currently charged at a flat rate of $15 per shipment.

Tracking is provided for shipped orders where applicable.

If a shipping option is selected that does not include signature confirmation, the customer accepts responsibility for delivery without signature.

Run Up Rips reserves the right to update shipping rates, methods, or pricing at any time.


3. Hold Shipping / Accumulated Orders (Skip Shipping)

Customers may choose to accumulate orders before shipping (“hold” or “skip shipping”). If you have already paid for shipping on a previous order and wish to continue accumulating items, you may select “SKIP” at checkout to avoid paying shipping again until you are ready for dispatch.

If shipping is not paid, items will not be shipped.

Held orders may be stored for a limited period. If items are held for more than 2 weeks, we may contact you to arrange shipping payment.

Extended hold periods must be arranged in advance.

Run Up Rips is not responsible for items held beyond the agreed hold period if shipping has not been arranged.


4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand

If your country is not listed, please contact us before purchasing.


5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees
  • Local handling charges

These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled or reimbursed by Run Up Rips.

Opened trading cards may be declared as used collectables where appropriate.


6. Live Stream Openings

All packs are opened live on stream by default before shipping.

If you want your pack shipped sealed, you must notify us before opening begins.

Once opened, items are considered handled collectables and shipped as such.


7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please check spam or junk folders if you do not see the notification.


8. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Postal carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather or operational disruptions
  • Peak shipping periods

These delays are outside our control.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

Run Up Rips is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit once handed to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim
  • Provide tracking details if required

We package all items securely but cannot control handling after dispatch.


10. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

Run Up Rips is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Undeliverable packages
  • Failed delivery due to customer error

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


11. Weight Limits & Additional Shipping Charges

If a package exceeds carrier weight limits or prepaid shipping allowances, additional shipping charges may apply.

Items may be held until the required shipping payment is made.


12. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Run Up Rips, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
