Run Up Rips provides online sales of trading card products and live Rip & Ship pack opening services. You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Live Stream Pack Openings

All packs purchased through Run Up Rips are opened live on stream by default as part of the Rip & Ship experience.

If you want your pack to remain sealed, you must notify us before opening occurs. Once opening begins, the order is considered fulfilled.

Opening times may vary depending on stream schedules and order volume.

3. Collectables Risk Acknowledgement

Trading card products are collectables and involve chance. Pack contents are random and not guaranteed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Results are unpredictable
  • Card value is not guaranteed
  • Pull outcomes are not grounds for refund

4. Refunds and Returns

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Once a product has been opened live on stream, it is:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

All sales are final after opening.

5. Orders and Fulfilment

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors

Shipping times and handling depend on stream schedules and fulfilment processing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
